What You Can Do to Help (For Free)
I have had so many of you reach out to ask how you can help. Here are a few practical things that make a huge difference.
When you have a troop meeting or activity, snap a few pictures and send them my way. I want to celebrate you in The Monday Mushroom. For right now just send them to me by replying to this email. Tell me 1-2 lines of what is happening. And also let me know that it is ok for me to share the photos.
Share about The Frolic and Forage Society with friends.
All my love,
PS I’m getting ready to film a few more crafty videos for the MAKE part of our activity library so we can have a growing selection for you to use when thinking about what to do with your troop or on your own.

Can I ask a ignorant question about trail mix (I am not American and do not know the word)?
Do I understand correctly it is like granola? So you eat it with milk or yoghurt? (From the name I thought it a snack for during a hike)
